Hi there, my name is Bella, the founder & Reiki Teacher at BODY WISDOM.

I was once an industrial design scholar and designed for P&G, IBM, Scanteak and more.

In 2023, with my curiosity in understanding life on a deeper level, I decided to leave the corporate path and spent a year to study wellness and mindfulness full-time in Bali.

Over the past 3 years I've invested over $20,000 in Yoga, Reiki & mindfulness training as well as spirituality, business & self-development courses…

I've worked with more than 80 professionals in Bali & Singapore helping them to become more aware of their emotions and pick up mindfulness tools to navigate their daily life.
